1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Retail Arise website, submitting an application, or attending any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Membership & events

Membership in Retail Arise is invite-only and granted at our sole discretion based on professional seniority and category fit. We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership and event access at any time.

3. Chatham House Rule

All Retail Arise roundtables operate under the Chatham House Rule. Participants may use information shared in the room but may not reveal the identity or affiliation of any speaker or attendee. Recording or broadcasting sessions without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of the website

• You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
• You will not attempt to access, copy or interfere with any part of our systems, member data or backend services.
• You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including branding, copy, photography, video, post-event memos and research — is the property of Retail Arise or its licensors. You may share excerpts with attribution but may not reproduce, republish or commercialise our content without written permission.

6. Partner & sponsor obligations

Partners and sponsors agree to the partnership terms signed at the point of engagement, including category exclusivity rules, speaking moments and co-branded materials. Partnership fees are non-refundable once an event date is confirmed.

7. Cancellation & no-shows

We curate every roundtable seat by seat. If you can no longer attend, please notify us at least 7 days in advance so we can offer your place to another leader. Repeated no-shows may affect future invitations.

8. Disclaimer

The content on this site is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal or investment advice. Retail Arise is not liable for any decisions made on the basis of information shared at events or in our publications.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retail Arise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, our content or attendance at our events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
